Appointment Policy

Please read the following items carefully to understand our appointment procedure and office policies.
  • Appointment Reservations & No Refunds Policy:
  • Single appointment reservations are booked and paid in advance if you do not have valid credit card on file. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
  • Packages of appointments are booked and paid in advance to get reduced price of services requested and are valid for three months only. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES OF APPOINTMENTS. BE SURE OF YOUR NEEDS AND SCHEDULES BEFORE MAKING THIS COMMITMENT.
  • Our office hours are 9:30AM to 6:30PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please choose your date and time of appointment reservation carefully and have sufficient time especially on Monday appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, TEXT or EMAIL NOT PHONE CALL from 8AM to 8PM on Monday for appointment reservations scheduled on Wednesday, on Wednesday for appointment reservations scheduled on Friday and Friday for appointment reservation scheduled on Monday to avoid any fee. Our office is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Do not text or email these days; otherwise, you will lose your reservation or prepayment fee or appointment of your package.
  • If you Text or Email same day of your appointment to Cancel or Reschedule or you do not show up or if you arrive more than 15  minutes late for your appointment time, you will be charged the full rate according to your service or category reserved by you online or in person from the list of rates attached to this policy confirmed with your initials _________
  • Each service will take between 75 to 120 minutes. You must arrive at the office 15  minutes prior to the appointment time to be prepared for your session or to complete and sign intake form or a report form of your progress on your treatment or therapy plan. There will be No companions, cell phones and any kind of computer devices in the treatment or therapy room.
  • If you come for Full Test Assessment or Follow Up and you accept a treatment plan, you must follow it; otherwise, Ayala International reserves the right to stop future plan services
  • Ayala International has available a limited number of nutritional products for your digestive health.  All product sales are non-refundable.
  • In case that I don’t follow the above rules I authorize Ayala International to charge any fees to my credit card or cards on file or use any cash payments deposited.
